Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies exclusively to the Pre-Sale phase of Casa Khnum and governs all refund requests and cancellations related to early purchases made through our website or authorized platforms. By completing a Pre-Sale payment, the customer (“Guest”) agrees to the following terms.
1. Nature of the Purchase. All Pre-Sale purchases represent an advance reservation contributing to the final construction and completion of Casa Khnum. These purchases are not considered immediate bookings and are therefore non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds. Casa Khnum offers customers a 15-business-day window from the date of payment to request a refund. Refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@casakhnum.com within the 15-business-day period. Requests received after this timeframe will not be eligible for reimbursement under any circumstances.
- The refund request must include: purchaser’s full name, proof of payment, and a valid identification document.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout.
- Administrative and processing fees may apply, depending on the payment platform or financial institution involved.
3. Non-Refundable After the 15-Day Period. After the expiration of the 15-business-day period, all Pre-Sale payments become final. The funds are immediately allocated to the ongoing development, construction, and completion of Casa Khnum and cannot be reversed or reimbursed.
4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks. Should the customer initiate a claim or chargeback directly through the payment platform or issuing bank, Casa Khnum will provide documentation demonstrating the acceptance of these Pre-Sale Terms and this Policy. By completing a Pre-Sale purchase, the customer expressly waives any future claim, dispute, or chargeback once a refund has been issued or a dispute has been resolved by the payment processor in either party’s favor.
5. Force Majeure. Refunds will not apply in cases where delays or interruptions result from force majeure or events beyond Casa Khnum’s reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or supply-chain disruptions.
6. Communication of Cancellations. All cancellations or refund requests must be made exclusively through the official communication channel: info@casakhnum.com. Requests made via social media, messaging platforms, or phone calls will not be considered valid for legal purposes.
7. Confirmation of Refund. Once a refund has been authorized and processed, the Guest will receive a confirmation email. Upon acceptance of this refund, the customer fully releases Casa Khnum from any further financial or contractual obligations.
8. Modifications to This Policy. Casa Khnum reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on the official website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction. This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any interpretation or enforcement, the parties expressly submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of present or future domicile.
10. Acceptance. By completing a Pre-Sale purchase, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full, including all clauses related to refund timeframes, communication channels, and limitation of future claims.
