This confirmation constitutes acknowledgment of payment but does not guarantee availability or booking dates until further notice.

7. Errors or Discrepancies. In the event of a technical or human error resulting in incorrect pricing or processing, Casa Khnum reserves the right to void or adjust the transaction. Customers will be notified and, if applicable, reimbursed for any overcharged amounts through the same payment method used originally.

8. Limitation of Liability. Casa Khnum shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from payment system interruptions, external processing errors, or delays attributable to financial institutions or third-party gateways. The maximum liability, if any, will never exceed the amount paid by the customer.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction. This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For all purposes, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction or venue that may correspond by reason of present or future domicile.

10. Acceptance. By completing a payment on Casa Khnum’s website, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted this Payment & Security Policy in full.
