Pre-Sale Terms
1. Purpose of This Pre-Sale. Casa Khnum offers early access to a limited number of accommodation packages (“Pre-Sale”) prior to completion of the property. The funds collected through this initiative are allocated to complete construction, advancing from the current 65 % to 100 % of total completion. By purchasing a Pre-Sale package, the customer (“Guest”) acknowledges and accepts these Terms in full.
2. Nature of the Offer. The Pre-Sale represents an advance reservation, not a confirmed stay. Pre-Sale prices reflect preferential rates offered to early supporters. All renderings, images, and descriptions are illustrative and may vary from the final architectural or design outcome due to technical, environmental, or material considerations.
3. Estimated Delivery & Availability. Casa Khnum will begin hosting guests starting in September 2026, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable events that delay completion or operations. Each Guest will have a period of three (3) years from September 2026 to redeem their stay. All reservations will be subject to Casa Khnum’s official availability calendar and booking system.
4. Payments & Confirmation. Full payment is required at checkout to secure participation. All transactions are processed through certified, encrypted payment gateways. A digital receipt will be issued as confirmation of participation; however, this does not constitute a fixed booking date.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Return Window. All Pre-Sale purchases are final and non-refundable due to their nature as advance contributions supporting project completion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Casa Khnum offers a 15-business-day return window from the date of purchase, during which Guests may request a refund, provided that:
- The request is submitted in writing via email to info@casakhnum.com within the 15-business-day period; and
- The request includes proof of payment and valid identification of the purchaser.
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used. After the 15-business-day period, payments become irrevocable and are fully allocated to the ongoing development of Casa Khnum.
6. Force Majeure. In the event of circumstances beyond Casa Khnum’s control — including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or supply-chain disruptions — Casa Khnum may adjust delivery or opening dates without incurring liability.
7. Transfer or Resale. Pre-Sale packages are personal and non-transferable unless expressly authorized in writing by Casa Khnum. Any attempt to resell or publicly offer a Pre-Sale package without authorization will render it void.
8. Limitation of Liability. Casa Khnum, its affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Pre-Sale. Total liability, if any, shall never exceed the amount paid for the corresponding package.
9. Amendments. Casa Khnum reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Revisions become effective immediately upon publication on the official website.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. For all legal purposes, the Parties expressly submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of present or future domicile.
11. Acceptance. By completing a Pre-Sale purchase, the Guest acknowledges having read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all clauses of this document and agrees to be bound by them in full.
